The Registration fee...

covers attendance to all sessions, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, and all conference materials.

The Companion fee...

(for accompanying persons) includes the welcome reception and the conference dinner.
- One (1) full registration will be valid for two (2) paper presentations , provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of both paper presentations.
- One (1) student registration allows only one (1) paper presentation.

As per IEEE policy,

no–shows will be removed from post‐conference distribution and will not be available on IEEEXplore or other public‐access IEEE forums.
